The best thing about having a stated manifesto/constitution/list of principles, is that writing it makes you really contemplate the things that are important to you, and that lie at the heart of your company/activist party/lemonade stand.
The bad thing is, after you have gathered your ideas, it takes some time to boil it all down, to find the right words, to find the right font to best represent your world changing attitude.
Worse yet, it is a status quo at best. Chances are, it's outdated already by the time your underground friends got done printing it on orange parchment and distributing it amongst your fellow conspirators. The world changes. Your knowledge and understanding of the world changes. You change.
So we did not compose a manifesto. Still, we found it necessary to really mull and muse over what we want to do and how we want to do it. We brainstormed, we discussed and philosophized. We gathered inspiration from others. And then we put together this.
This is a collage of some sort, representing our values, beliefs and ideals on various aspects of art, film-making and generally being decent humans.
It will change and evolve along the way.

Every project is a status quo of our interests and artistic skill-set. We are not aiming for perfection, we are aiming for progress.
It's not about quantity. Its about quality and quantity.
Art needs time. There are tools to speed up the process, but in the end it is done when it is done.
Finish it, get it out, start something new. Repeat.
